Founder & Head Partner

Mr. Hannan Iqbal

Hannan Iqbal is a lawyer, accredited mediator, and legal academic with over a decade of experience in advocacy, dispute resolution, and legal education. He began his legal career under senior counsel and progressed to practice as an Advocate of the District and High Courts of Sindh, Pakistan.

During his tenure as Manager Legal & Corporate Affairs at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, he worked on regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, contracts, legal notices, and litigation matters. He is an accredited mediator with the Institute for Strategic Conflict Resolution & Development.

He has also taught Jurisprudence & Legal Theory for the University of London International Programme for more than six years at institutions including SZABIST and Denning Law. His work at Corporate Law Solutions focuses on contract vetting and drafting, corporate governance, legal due diligence, and compliance management.

Founding Partner

Mrs. Hakimzadi Sheikh

Hakimzadi Sheikh is an Advocate of the High Court of Sindh, Pakistan, with over five years of legal practice focused on corporate and commercial law and regulatory compliance.

Before co-founding Corporate Law Solutions, she served with W&A Law Associates, where she advised on corporate matters and drafted and vetted commercial agreements. Her experience spans advisory and advocacy work.

At Corporate Law Solutions, she leads client engagements involving contract vetting and drafting, corporate governance advisory, and compliance management.

Waqas Asad Sheikh, LL.M.

Waqas Asad Sheikh works in international business law, arbitration, and legal compliance. He holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from BPP Law School and an LL.B. from London South Bank University.

He serves as a Partner at W&A Law Associates and has held roles as an Associate and Assistant Director (Litigation) at the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

As Legal Advisor to Corporate Law Solutions, he contributes experience in arbitration, competition law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance.

Legal Advisor

Ahmer Jamil Khan, Barrister-at-Law & LL.M.

Ahmer Jamil Khan is a Partner at Legum Law Firm. He holds an LL.M. from Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University; an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London; and a Diploma in Taxation from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.

His practice includes regulatory, commercial, contentious, transactional, mergers and acquisitions, competition, financing, securities, and corporate matters. His tax work includes advisory, planning, due diligence, and representation in tax litigation.

As Legal Advisor to Corporate Law Solutions, he contributes experience in competition-law compliance and taxation.
