Mr. Hannan Iqbal is a seasoned lawyer, accredited mediator, and legal academic with over a decade of experience spanning advocacy, dispute resolution, and legal education.
As the Founder & Head Partner of Corporate Law Solutions, he leads a multidisciplinary, results-driven practice dedicated to delivering precise, business-driven legal services for corporations, entrepreneurs, and investors.
Hannan began his legal career with rigorous training under distinguished senior counsel, progressing to roles as an Advocate of the District and High Courts of Sindh, Pakistan. His expertise expanded during his tenure as Manager Legal & Corporate Affairs at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), where he advised on, drafted and vetted complex regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and high-value contracts, as well as drafting and legally vetting replies to legal notices and litigation matters.
He is also an accredited mediator with the Institute for Strategic Conflict Resolution & Development (ISCRD), reflecting his commitment to amicable, strategic dispute settlement.
In addition to his corporate and litigation work, Hannan has been deeply involved in academia, teaching Jurisprudence & Legal Theory of the University of London International Programme for over 6 years, at leading institutions such as SZABIST and Denning Law. This academic foundation enriches his practice with a principled, analytical approach to law.

Mrs. Hakimzadi Sheikh is an Advocate of the High Court of Sindh, Pakistan, with over five years of distinguished legal practice, specialising in corporate and commercial law and regulatory compliance.
As a Founding Partner of Corporate Law Solutions, she brings a results-oriented approach, combining legal precision with an understanding of business realities.
Before co-founding Corporate Law Solutions, Hakimzadi served with W&A Law Associates, a prestigious law firm, where she advised on complex corporate matters, drafted and vetted commercial agreements.
Her experience spans both advisory and advocacy work, enabling her to provide clients with strategic counsel that is practical, defensible, and aligned with their commercial objectives.
At Corporate Law Solutions, Hakimzadi plays a pivotal role in leading client engagements involving contract vetting and drafting, corporate governance advisory, and compliance management.

Mr. Shaharyar Karim, LL.M - Chief Legal Advisor
Mr Karim is an honorary member of our Legal Advisory Board providing strategic counsel on complex corporate and legal matters. As a Senior Partner and Head of Corporate Advisory at Consiliers, a multi-jurisdictional law firm, he brings extensive experience in guiding high-stakes transactions, with a proven track record of strategic wins totaling over USD 350 million.
Mr. Karim’s expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, data privacy, and intellectual property, and cyber security law. His counsel is particularly valuable in navigating cross-border compliance and safeguarding client interests in the EMEA & South Asia region.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Information Technology & Intellectual Property Law from Leibniz University, Hannover, Germany, and a second Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Cybersecurity & International Investment Law from Aristotle University, Thessaloniki, Greece along with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London, United Kingdom.
Waqas Asad Sheikh, LL.M – Legal Advisor
Mr. Sheikh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in international business law, arbitration, and legal compliance. He holds an LL.M in International Business Law from BPP Law School, and LLB from London South Bank University, these qualifications strongly complement Corporate Law Solutions’ focus on global corporate law.
Over the course of his career, Waqas is presently serving as Partner at the prestigious W & A Law Associates, and has served as an Associate and Assistant Director (Litigation) at the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). These diverse positions have enabled him to develop a deep understanding of both corporate and regulatory frameworks, allowing him to navigate complex legal challenges with precision.
As Legal Advisor to Corporate Law Solutions, Waqas contributes his expertise in arbitration, competition law, and compliance to strengthen the firm’s capabilities and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Ahmer Jamil Khan, Barrister-at-Law & LL.M. – Legal Advisor
Mr. Ahmer Jamil Khan is a Partner at Legum Law Firm, one of Karachi’s most prestigious corporate and litigation law firm. He holds a LL.M. from Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University, LL.B. (Hons.) from University of London and a Diploma in Taxation from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.
Mr. Khan is an accomplished legal professional with over a decade of experience in representing and advising multinational corporations (MNC), global technology platforms, telecommunications companies, international airlines, and internet service providers (ISP) on regulatory, commercial, contentious and complex legal matters.
